Shipping Policy
Shipping products may take approximately 5-7 business days. Due to COVID-19 allow more time for your product to be delivered. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

Diffin' Rootz Apparel is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to contact United States Postal Service.​ If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
Return & Exchange Policy
Diffin' Rootz Apparel does NOT refund money. You can return the item(s) back in its natural state: tag attached (not tampered with), unworn, unwashed and include the receipt for store credit. Customers have 7-14 business days window to return item(s). If you do NOT mail items within the window time frame, your purchase is FINAL. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
